Dry massage is an invigorating morning routine. Do drybrushing before taking a shower, without the use of cosmetics. The skin and brush should not be wet. The procedure is performed with straight movements directed from bottom to top along the lines of lymph flow, starting from the feet. Use circular motions in the buttocks and abdomen. Avoid the hamstrings, armpits, inner thighs, and chest. Burning and redness of the skin is possible if the massage was too intense. If you notice such reaction, during the next session, reduce the pressure and the duration of the procedure. Attention: it is not recommended to perform massage if the skin is irritated or damaged.
Brush care instructions: YOZHIK brush is specifically designed for dry body massage. Do not use cosmetic products when using the brush. Do not soak in water or pour water onto the brush. Clean bristles with damp cloth or antibacterial napkins. Some small cracks may appear as you use the brush, but this does not influence functionality.
