Body massage should be done before showering. The skin and brush should be dry.
Use straight movements directed upwards along the lines of lymph flow, starting from the feet.
On the buttocks, thighs and abdomen, add circular motions.
Avoid the hamstrings, armpits, inner thighs, and chest.
Take a shower after the massage, then use body moisturizer.
Skin redness and burning sensation are possible if the massage was too intense. Reduce duration and pressure during the next session.
Attention: skip massage if you have irritation or your skin is damaged.
Brush care instructions
YOZHIK brush is specifically designed for dry body massage. Do not use cosmetic products when using the brush. Do not soak in water or pour water onto the brush. Clean bristles with a damp cloth or antibacterial napkins. Some small cracks may appear as you use the brush, but this does not influence functionality.
